How The Nnitiwe Hub handles your information. Last updated 17 October 2026.
This website, nnitiwe.io, is operated by The Nnitiwe Hub ("we", "us", "our"), the practice through which Samuel Nnitiwe Theophilus provides AI engineering and data consulting. We are based in Abuja, Nigeria. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have.
We keep data collection to a minimum:
Information you give us. If you email us or start a project enquiry, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to tell us about your needs. We use this only to respond to you and, where relevant, to deliver work you have asked for.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) to keep the site secure and reliable. If analytics are enabled, they are used in aggregate to understand which content is useful.
The site uses minimal cookies, primarily to remember your light or dark theme preference, which is stored only in your browser. Some pages embed third-party content – for example YouTube videos and our Substack feed – which load only when relevant and may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. A YouTube video loads only after you click to play it.
We use the information you provide to respond to enquiries, scope and deliver consulting work, and keep records of our engagements. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it except with service providers who help us operate (such as hosting and email delivery) or where required by law.
We keep enquiry and project information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected and for reasonable business and legal record-keeping, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing samuel@nnitiwe.io. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Much of our client work is covered by confidentiality agreements. Where projects are described publicly, clients and sensitive details are anonymised unless we have explicit permission to name them.
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the date it was last updated.
